Civil war Muff Borked!

my beloved civil war muff clone using the mudbunny board has mysteriously died

im not even sure where to start ive checked for shorts checked joints tugged wires checked power done a good eyeballing
it worked great but no moe!

the pots still wipe volume tone sweep gain
but rather the tasty smooth fuzz it just crackles and fizzles a little

where to now?

Why post your voltages of the 4 transistors good sir! And yeah you can check your foot switch for continuity too... google it.

i must be checking voltages wrong cause the ones im getting are fucked
do explain to make sure im doing it right

Multimeter, poke the black lead to ground, red lead, poke it to each leg of the transistor C,B,E Q1-4.

Make sure your meter is set to the right range too obv.

Yeah they should be C,B,E...

Yo Q1 voltages is mad wrong, look around there for a short/issue.

im weirdly not getting anything from the base and emitter of Q1
so check contin from those pins?

Q3 was actually the one not registering any voltage but i replaced it and still nothings changed

ive probed from those pins around and everything seems fine

im confused as hell
