I had to stop myself from ordering a fifth delay recently. 4 is enough for one board, though one is only like 1/3rd of a delay (Clarinot), so, 3.33 delays. Plenty.

Not sure that exists for me. Tried about half of your number and I can never find the ONE. If I had to keep only one right now...I can't decide. Too hard. They all do things the other delays I have don't.
I love my DD7's ability to just be fucking crazy with 8 seconds of delay. I love the swirls of my DMM. I love the crazy amount of repeats I can get with my DOD DFX9. But for live stuff, I try to (got to) keep it simple with just one on my board

I just use the Boomerang + with the decays set to like, 20 repeats. It's functionally like nothing I've ever experienced with any delay pedal (not to mention the reverse mode), and a deep chorus (built-in to my head), and I can get a lot of those sounds. But only one at a time multiple delays is THE way to go. The more, the better!
