New reverb pedal for noise rock
Sup.
I need a new reverb pedal to play shit like this: .
I already have a Strymon Bluesky at the end of my chain for ambient/drone/shit and need a new reverb to put in front of my dirt. I was thinking of buying either the Dr. Scientist Reverberator or EQD Ghost Echo. I was wondering which one to buy or if you guys have any suggestions. I know that the guitarist from that band uses an EHX Holy Graily Nano, but I disliked the sound when I tried one, so I'm looking for a new one.
And yeah, I don't know how the search function works, sorry.

Right now I run an RV-5 pre dirt and it is awesome
Also have put my boost DLA there with the same results
I Have a Ghost disaster but to me that works really well near the end of the chain partly because of the delay function

I've mentioned this in two other threads already sorry but today I'll be trying my
Dr Scientist RRR before my dirt, and reporting back with the results (see Dr Scientist sub-forum). Weirdly enough I have a BlueSky on layby until they are in stock (thanks Australian Strymon dealers....) to put at the end of my chain. So it looks like we'll have a similar setup!

DR. SCIENTIST!!! It's tiny, and it does a TON of beautiful reverbs, and a rotary. cause why not? I'll never give it up!

Cool. I'll be following. I hope you are looking forward to it, because it is fucking awesome!
Fuck it, I'll just buy a RRR. And maybe another Holy Grail just to try that as well.. Thanks for the advice though.

I'm all over the RRR for just about every application possible. Great, great, great sounding 'verbs in many varieties.

Yeah, I just read it. I'm GAS'ing so hard for one right now. Thanks

And yeah, that band rocks. They are amazing live and the guitarist's sound and playing style is just fantastic.

I agree 100%. It's like a stripped down Echo and the Bunnymen.
