Pop idols/boy bands are pretty eternal. The general musical style just follows trends. IMO Bieber's music is ten times better than The Backstreet Boys. I can't stand that 90's white-boy RnB sound. *insert nylon string guitar solo*

They're massive everywhere man. 11 year old girls aren't listening to Sigur Ros.

And likely more difficult to cure than cancer.

Big Time Rush is very well liked in our household. They are like a current day Monkees!

Also, the Wiggles ROCK! It's sad to hear most of the members are finally throwing in the towel :/

I want to start a band called "Big Mime Rush" where we air-guitar/bass/drum/Moog Taurus along with Rush songs.

Awesome idea. Or maybe Big Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme Rush, playing Simon and Garfunkel and Rush mashups?

Slightly off topic, there was a local Craigslist ad awhile back where a guy was looking for overweight musicians to start an 80s hairmetal band called "Fatt".
