aw, that hurts to look at :(

i had a Lopoline 2x12" closed-back cabinet i miss very much. it was covered in forest green Tolex and had a faux cane grill, and i loaded it with Jensen P12s. it was a barking-ass little mofo. it made the Two-Tube Wonder (the 10W Electar) loud enough to jam over drums, and would have gone really nicely with the Laney, but i sold it in a gear purge to raise money for my Tokai LP Special.

Yamaha Something-something solid state head into the Crate 1x15 (which I still have but has a blown speaker) and one of the 2x12 speakers
and the vox as an extension out into the other of the 2x12

I also owned a Carvin MTS3200 and a no-name 4x12 loaded with EHX speakers up until a little bit ago.

Still have the head, sold the cab a little while ago and bought my buddy's Orange 4x12. I don't have a very extensive head/cab history... :mope:

Bandmaster Reverb head and Fender 2-10 cab with JBLs. Regret trading that stuff. I regret leaving the next amp in the hands of my idiot brother even more, but that was a combo, so . . .

Used to have a JCM 900 50 watter, JCM 2000 DSL 100, late 70s Fender Quad Reverb (AdrianLee eventually acquired it through the person I traded to) and an Orange AD 30 (beautiful amp). Currently have a '83 JCM 800 2203, Vox AC30 CC2, and a Red Bear MK60.

I've had my fair share of heads and cabs over the years...

Peavey 2x15 on the left, Peavey 1820 on the right:

Some cheap 1x12 I picked up at Goodwill for $10, and an Ampeg B115E
Image

Hand-me-down Peavey 4x10 cab with totally blown speakers on top of the Ampeg B115E

Definitely wish I would have held on to the 2x15. It sounded awesome but I didnt have $$$ for speakers at the time.

That I used to have....various Bassmen, Bandmasters, and a revolving door of 1x15s, 2x15s, and 2x12s. Think an occasional 4x12 but damn, those are no fun to move and didn't come with casters like most of the 15s.

Until the late 90s, was no point in owning anything else except the occasional Jazz Chorus (but combo, so irrelevant to this thread) on price alone - could get Bassmen/Bandmasters for < 300 and if a local buy almost always had some ratty cab or other with it.

My stereotypical rig for 10 years, Mustang, Bassman, and Space Echo on a 1x15, bad vintage B&W photo, I was so young then.

I had this for a year before upgrading to a 2x15, I still kinda miss it a little.
