I hope thats their goal. As long as they dont start making Strats, Teles, SGs, or anything of the like.

I mean, wouldn't it just be better if they worked on different variations of Dano Pros and '59s rather than churning out an alarming amount of things that all seem quite suspiciously similar and then doing a very brief reissue every 20 years? It's like there are so many different models that their line becomes creatively saturated and they lose their uniqueness.

Maybe I'm just bitter that their website sucks so much. :grumpy: For the price, Danos are some of the best guitars you can get. That should go without saying.

Maybe my perception of Danelectro's line is completely flawed too. :idk:

Idk, for me I like them having just an onslaught of models, makes them seem more unique to me. Like the Wild Thing is crazy looking and looks nothing like any other Dano models and the Pro as well has a different look. I like their being one model of one guitar and then just moving on to new ones. I think I just am sick of seeing a billion Strats and Teles that never look any different. It kills me.

BUT I do agree their website is borderline useless.lol

Also, I never do this, but you're getting sig'd.

Ok, but who's that lounging in my chair?

SIDENOTE!

I just googled "marcy playground" to get a suitable picture to post here, and this was the first thing I saw:
Summerland Tour 2012 with Everclear, Lit, Sugar Ray, Gin Blossoms and Marcy Playground

Give me "bands that wish it was still 2001" for $1000, Trebeck.

Judging from this website: http://www.danguitars.com/HodadGuitar.html I'd say the new one's definitely a baritone. Also looks like there's a Danelectro Baritone model for 2012... might be a 56 reissue: http://www.danguitars.com/Baritone.html. :thumb:
