The only Dubstep or Post Dub technically I guess - if you want to call it that - I have heard so far that I liked at all is SBTRKT and Lindsey Stirling.

True. I left more than a few out. I was just working off the top of my head.

I wouldn't put Refused in the top 5 either, but Germs definitely lose out to Dead Kennedys or MDC.

Also, we're going High Fidelity on this biz.

Top five album openers... for marking the end of a relationship.

Go!

(I'll throw mine up in a minute)

I'm not positive about my top 5 in punk but I'm leaning towards:

Bad Brains
Refused
Stiff Little Fingers
Minor Threat

(Can't figure out the fifth one, I've added and then removed like a dozen bands...)

Modern/Experimental Classical
Hauschka
Fjordne
Ólafur Arnalds
Johann Johannsson
Aaron Martin

Since we're all doing our Punk list, here's how I would do it:

Black Flag
Bad Brains
Minor Threat
Dead Kennedys
Hüsker Dü
