I'm just about to say fuck it to a Disaster Transport and pull the trigger on a Megalith.

Well the Disaster Transport is pretty cool, I would say you should totally by a Megalith. I have both on my board right now.

Looks like there have been some changes in the Megalith. What's that trimpot?

Basically an impedance trim pot to work better with active electronics/pickups. :joy:

He did the same thing on the Behemoth and Magnetar. He only wrote it on the description of the Magnetar on his website.

Mine has that too, it attenuates the signal before the Input gain stage, Alan says it's mainly for hot active pickups, in case the pedal sounds too overloaded/unfocused with a hot signal.

Edit: Excane is too fast for me
I've been searchin' for the dolphins in the sea.

Yes, it has the most use for an active/active setup. (My MTD's are active PU's and active preamp)

Most basses have the more common passive PU's with active pre which still sounds great through MK's pedz.
