I just want you all to know that i've been going through some shit lately. A select few of you know exactly what.
This site, and, a few incredible members have helped keep me afloat and sane. And, I just laughed so hard at Dr Sherman's left nipple itching. Harder than i've laughed in nearly a week.
Thank you all.

Re: the happiness, excitement, and general contentedness thr
I volunteered at the book exchange at my old high school, because my girlfriend's mom runs it. They basically take donations of books (usually a couple hundred are from Kate and her mother's personal library. They have MASSIVE piles of books all over their house) and give them away to students. I took a couple that looked interesting.
Michael J Fox -Always Looking Up
Gene Wilder - Kiss Me Like a Stranger
Bernard Shaw - Androcles and The Lion (Shaw Alphabet Edition)
PD James - The Children of Men
Ann Wroe- A Fool and His Money: Life in a Partitioned Town in Fourteenth Century France
John Barth - Chimera
I'm really excited about the first two.

Yeah, it was a weird one for me to pick up. For some reason it sounds really interesting to me, despite my usual lack of interest in topics like that. I can send you it when I finish it, if you'd like

Is... is that Morgan Freeman at the beginning. And the dude from 'Kymatica' in the next bit?
Also: important thing about HAARP and why so many theories about it are nonsense. You can easily visit it and take tours of the complex. It's not so mega secret.
But that video is interesting. Morphic Resonance is also fascinating.

I know. ^^ Look at the links below the video too.
There IS a lot of nonsense and conspiracy theories and general dumb stuff, but there are also a few gems worth looking at. Discriminating a phenomenon just because some self-pronounced guru said something about it always seemed silly to me. I'm interested in the truth. And that guy who climbed the Himalayas in his SHORTS without frostbites is something worth looking at too. So is that guy who cuts a pellet in mid air, shot from a pistol, with a fucking katana.
C'mon
The world is fucking amazing and we don't know shit
And that makes me happy
I LOVE exploring new, weird and farfetched stuff

That's exactly my point of view. Listen to everything. Discriminate, of course, as to what you believe. But don't ever fob off a theory. I used to be mad into the end of the world conspiracy theory junk.
You know what turned me off it, circa 2007-2008?
Spidergoats. I thought the idea was fucking ludicrous. And we all know how that turned out.
Now I dismiss nothing. Just discern. And the world is fucking amazing.
High fives man. High fives.

ESP/LTD Viper? I'm not sure because of the knob configuration..
Awesome. I'd love a guitar like that. Feels very "rock band in cyberpunk film" to me. Like Juliette Lewis playing PJ songs in Strange Days.

Hells yeah, that's my old LTD Viper! Nice to see it getting the use it deserves. It's a really cool bass.

Re: the happiness, excitement, and general contentedness thr
I quit. I fucking did it.
Now to fix my life.
I was telling my girlfriend earlier, I'm glad that I've made a lot of the mistakes I've made in my life. While I think that they were all really dumb choices, I'm glad that they happened, because I know who I want to be now. Those stupid things have really helped me to figure that out.
And now I'm sure that along with knowing who I want to be, I'm ready to start being that person. I'm ready. I'm have goals, and plans, and I'm not going to let myself, or my insecurities, or my fears stop me from doing those things. I'm not going to let myself be miserable over something that isn't the only way.
I'm awesome, and I'm ready to start being more awesome.
