Necro bumping this thread with light to medium prejudice.
I have a twin earth. I peeked inside and it's well made.
If anyone else stumbles on this thread and wanted to hear it in a musical context on top of the other great demos on youtube, here it is.

Signal chain is a Schecter Diamond blackjack 7 strings (drop A) with stock passive duncans on bridge pickup (I usually play all my fuzz stuff on neck pickup but this pedal doesn't seem to give a fuck as the difference is minimal), volume knob full, tone knob full on ==> Twin Earth (omega setting, chaos off, Void knob @ 3ish O'clock, Terror knob @ 10ish O'clock) ==> POD X3 (Patch : JCM800/4x12 78 brit celest T-75's, sm57 off axis, no stomp, no EQ, no gate, no nothing, just an amp and cab) ==> Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 Mk2 ==> Reaper (no effect plugin, lowpass+slight 2k-5k boost on main guitar channel).
Placeholder drums, no bass guitar, played the two riffs for a few bars a total of 4 times, and stacked two tracks on each side.
I believe the pedal is gated, and I use it on an AC adapter even though it also has a battery clip (which I asked for and was added at no cost)
Since this is kind of a raw tone test I vary the way I play the opening note of the first riff, so sometimes I'll pick 2-3 strings to bring out some chord thickness, and sometimes just the 7th string to get more of a buzzsaw tone when the riff starts again.
I enjoy the tone I got from it for this test so it's likely I'll keep these settings for a while but if I wanted something for teh doomz I'm pretty sure I could squeeze it out of it as well without much trouble.
All in all I think it's a damn versatile pedal and well worth it's price. I'm satisfied with it so I'm not eyeing anything else from Nine of Swords at the moment, but I would say buy with confidence, they are good clean pedals at a price that's pretty hard to beat.
Cheers and best wishes in your quests for tones.
