ok, please gimme a hand here... powers up, LED works fine, signal goes through fine in bypass, activate the pedal with volume wherever and all three others fully clockwise, makes a nasty signal of its own but isn't processing / letting the guitar through. can't find any dry sockets or anything touching anything it shouldn't be. might just be missing that, but having gone through this whole thread in comparison i kind of doubt it. maybe i got the wrong chip too? sorry for the shitty gigantic iphone pics... let me know if you hate that & want them sized down, thought i should leave it alone for as detailed a look as possible.

As far as I can tell, you've got it all wired up right there space6oy. Doesn't look like the IC is marked so I can't tell if it's the right one, but you've got it oriented properly, and your switch/board look good.

the lower left lug on the 3pdt switch should be solder to the upper middle lug.
