this is Buddy, the best kitty of the ones i had before my ex took them. he appeared in the bushes at the edge of the property one day, bedraggled and lonely, and Kim talked him into coming down to the door and meeting us. the next day he left a dead rat on the driveway. he was the calmest and most tolerant of other kitties of any cat i've ever known, and loved me very much...he used to sit on my lap when i'd go out on the deck to smoke cigarettes, and slept with me every night. this was taken in 2006...by the time she took him he was older and slow, like me. i miss him very much.

fuck yeah. shit keeps getting in the way every time i plan to go back, but i'm gonna make it a priority to get out there for at least 2 or 3 weeks in the next 6 months.
