I have a Triple Rectifier head that I adore. It's really capable of more than just 90's raprock stuff that made it popular. It's punchy, powerful, and sounds splendid with my Devi's. Only problem is the parallel effects loop. Damn it, damn it to hell right in the mouth. My delay's have to all be configured to %100 mix, my BBE Sonic Stomp (go get one....NOW. I don't care what the boners at TGP say, they're boners) and all other effects with no mix control make you sound like a piece of digital crap. There's some kind of phase cancellation between the input from your guitar and the input from the effects loop that sounds like shit, marbles, a severed foot and a cowbell in a blender on a nice low setting. A glaring mistake in an otherwise fantastic piece of gear.
I called Mesa about the problem thinking I'd get a recording...no such luck. I got an actual human being in Petaluma after three rings. The woman on the other end of the line was friendly and pleasant. "What?" I thought to myself, "this can't be the big bad Mesa/Boogie everyone knocks on, can it?" After a brief exchange I was sent (reluctantly) to the voicemail of the customer service guy. I left a message thinking I'd get a response in three weeks or never at all, and went on with my day.
Two hours later, my freaking phone rings....it's BOOGIE!! They have a schematic for an fx loop mod that changes it from parallel to serial, and the cat emailed it to me while I was still on the phone. I'll put a check in the satisfied column for Mesa's customer service. They're no Devi Ever, but I'm a happy camper.
Anybody have any good or bad experiences with Mesa/Boogie?

Re: Mesa/Boogie customer service
That's pretty effing cool, especially for such a big company.
I haven't had any problems with my Mesa but it's good to hear they'll go out of their way for customers.

Yeah it's pretty cool. You usually only hear about a company's CS when it sucks. I'm gonna start praising the good ones from now on.
