you can always do the KISS thing and get an empty 4x12. or just put one speaker in it.

i'm so in love with the Aggy GS12's.

i was wondering..... how much do y'all care about bigger rigs on stage? it's not gonna be that much an issue most times 'cause we don't have LOADS of gear (pretty much my stuff, drums, then The GrrL's fits in her laptop bag and a keyboard stand with a keyboard), but if it's a place where all the work is being done by FOH anyways, do you think it looks silly if it's a 1x12 cab on a cab stand compared to a full 4x12 rig on stage? i guess they have about the same foot print, since the width of both is the same and the 12's stack vertically.... but (visual stuff MATTERS damnit) would i be missing some Eyeball Massaging Oomph if i had the smaller rig?

also, i want to stick so many peni' into those 15's.

See, I go the other way with that. I love playing with a small rig with heavy PA and subs support and blowing out people's asses. It's totally stealth.

Thanks  There is a bit of dive.. due to the stubby horns and that neck is a little heavy..
I liked the Ibanez neck but who ever had it before me tried to do their own refret and the ends are a bit sharp and they hurt.. so I need to take it apart anyway to fix that..

EVERYTHING ON THIS PAGE MADE ME JIZZ.

My Kramer didn't come today. Should be here tomorrow. Hope UPS doesn't keep it, it needs a signature and no one will be home. Going to leave a note on the door to stick it in my mom's car, which will have one door unlocked. GODDAMNIT I NEED IT

LOL! sort of it fits that.. it is like a evil monster mustang.. has all this punch and mass from the long scale and graphite neck but still with the mustang pickup it retains it's soul

What's wrong with both :animal:

Making the stage shake and letting the PA melt faces was one of the rare times you know deep down you're a fucking BASS PLAYA

I always like playing through both as well. That way you've got something on both sides of the stage blasting, and then something right in the center too

YOU HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST A PAGE TO SHOW ME UP, FUZZ!!!!!

Haha. Sweet ass rig, man. Rocking these Mesa Bass 400+s.

To answer Waterpilot and Behndy at once, the only thing keeping me from breaking down over having to sell the 15/6 is that the Bass 400+ and just the 15/6/1 is SO FUCKING LOUD!!!! Like....more than I will ever need on stage in just one cab. Crazy. But yeah, I'm all about having enough on stage to where I don't need to rely on the monitor for volume....but I don't try to overpower the house.

hurm. true true.... i guess what i'm saying is i have PLENTY of stage volume (i always try to make sure i have enough to hear and feel me (FEEL. ME.) without conflicting with the FOH that's going to the audience) with just 1 GS112 on a stand so it's pointing towards my headmeats. but is it worth hauling a GS212 and another GS112 for just appearance's sake?

or is one speaker a'ight looking?

I think one speaker is fine if it projects like you want it to. I know how awesome big cabs look live, but I've seen some bands with micro rigs that sounded equally as loud and totally enjoyed the hell out of it

I bounce between my wall of amps, and only a 1x12, and I enjoy both almost equally. One is a bit more gratifying, but the other is still fucking loud.
