Boss pedals appreciation thread
So I know Boss pedals don't get much love around here, but the other day I realized how underrated some of their pedals are. I mean, I'd rather take an EQD, Fuzzhugger, SS/BS/DFAS, but I've recently overcome my unnecessary hatred of Boss pedals. Anyone else here have some Boss pedals on their boards because they're not nearly as shitty as everyone makes them sound?

The Boss BF-2 is the only modulation pedal I've ever liked. Their delay pedals are nice as well because delay pedals are almost all the same.

I played a friends sd-1 last weekend and it rocks.
Kind of like the idea of the LS-2 also, just one switch to click between two sounds.

I really liked my DD-20. Also had a Heavy Metal which sounded pretty rad as well.

Rocking a LS2 (although the jack orientation is NUTS bad) which is integral to my board, love my GEB7, and have a go-to ODB3 for silliness/ fattening shizz up. Boss is a-ok in my book. Also tried a DS-1 and for its insanely cheap resale price was totally awesome.

I like boss pedals. The delays are all legit, most of the dirt pedals are ok, they make some cool modulation pedals like the BF-2. Never understood the hate.

RV-5 RC-2 PH-3: All on my board and all awesome
The RV-5 in Modulate sounds insane
The PH-3 is my favorite phaser
and The RC2 is an awesome straightforward looper

I've been thinking of getting an RV-3 if I can find one at a reasonable price. The TR2 is a great sounding trem from what I've heard, so I might pick one up sooner or later
