Have you tried changing the MAC address on your router and rebooting? That'll usually force your ISP to give you a new IP address, which'll let you browse TB again. You might have to dig around for info on how to change the settings, but it should work. You can check with your ISP to see if they can help you out too.

yah. always wondered about that. if you're not on a dedicated IP range doesn't your ISP assign a new range every few times you connect?

I'm a static IP....doesn't change.
You're thinking of dynamic.

That works too :P
Wow. I just sold a few more pedals, and I'm not sure what to spend the money on. This is a new experience. Maybe some sort of overdrive? I feel like my fuzz, distortion, and filter are all set pretty well, once the Xero DLX gets here. Or more fuzz maybe. Hmmmmmmm.

Re: The talk bass mega bitch thread. (aka Bhendy's Starship)
hurm. so.... i'm in this weird spot where, besides a second bass, i'm just happy with everything i have. so money i would be normally dropping on bass gear, i've been doing stuff like buying a laptop, a better midi controller with more keys and a stand for my singer, and i just picked up a Roland SPD-S (got a busted pad on it, so i'm gonna return for the newer model version of it, the SPD-SX) for my drummer so he can start mixing in some tweaked out electro and idm style hits into the stuff he's doing that i already SUPER dig.....
my question is.... would that make y'all uncomfortable? to have a band member doing the majority of the extra gear purchasing? it truly doesn't bother me, it's money i'd be blowing on silly pedals i don't really need, and i'd rather have everybody in the band having the gear they need to make the best music we can. and i'm just in a position where it doesn't really hurt me to sport most of the extra stuff. but i REALLY don't wanna make them feel like i'm trying to big time them or anything.
murrrrrr?

I was just getting ready to reply to your synth post
......It def got weird for me. I did that too, and got taken advantage of by band mates......my so-called "friends" PPFFTT. Fuck them, I dropped all 3 of them years ago.
It came to a point where they would first start giving me money, and I would just pick it up since I was the only one with a car and easy access to stores.
Then it slowly turned into a "well, can you lay it out and i'll give you the rest of the cash next week"
Then it became basically I pay for all band equipment.
FFUCKK that.
I wouldn't have minded IF I felt they didn't use me, which they did. If they had said "hey I don't have money" I would have been happy pay for something and let them pay me back when they could.
It was a weird situation. I made like almost all of their salaries combined but they had no idea. I wasn't stingy either, I would always help out wherever I could.
The time came when I just realized that they're using me for cash and I had to walk away from it. *sigh*

Re: The talk bass mega bitch thread. (aka Bhendy's Starship)
Well I have kind of put the most money into my band. Keyboard, bought effects and been like try this out, gave them pedals. I guess it depends on them. If my band splits the stuff that is mine comes with me. The things I gave them are theirs, of course. The thing is, my other band members have put in a lot of time doing other things for the band. Editing video footage, graphic design for logos, putting together a projector show, they made T shirts before we had some made, used some of their connections for shows, etc. So everybody is doing something.

I just realized after reading and thinking over B'Behn's post......
My drummer still has my Crate amplifier for the last 6 years.
