Zepp did a lot of...oh wait... :mope:

Bleh, I don't want to have to facilitate a stupid meeting tomorrow in class. We're trying to talk about how we'll talk about what we're talking about without talking about what we're talking about at all. It sucks. Hopefully the class feels like talking and has some awesome solutions to high textbook prices. Fortunately, the rest of my group are total goofballs too who just want to get this thing over with.

So, I work at this quaint little movie theater, and we still have actual marquees above box office. Changing the times requires a ladder to be put in an awkward spot and it's rather unsafe for a work environment (OCEA approved? Yeah right).

Also at this job, I have a very idiotic head manager. He's scum. I despise every bit of his body. Everyone always says I'm exaggerating...but he is really that bad. And I've been there for five years, and he still treats me like dirt. Don't ask why I've kept working there. But often, he'll send me on stupid side projects with zero regard to personal safety. I shouldn't be on a ladder 35 feet in the air, for example, hanging up banners.

I was working Thursday night, at the Avengers midnight premiere (awesome, by the way), as I always work Thursday nights and I've basically come to power of handling all of the marquee displays around the building.

Our ladders suck at work. I was changing the times, when I stumble a bit, and end up falling off the ladder, hitting my head, arm, and knees on the way down. The worst bit was to my knees, but I also hit my head on the corner of a counter, ripping my ear some and giving me a mild concussion.

Rushed to the hospital, got it bandaged and went in for surgery in the early morning. Surgery's icky, I don't like it. And I've got a thing with needles *jitter* but all that went well. Stitches come out in a couple days.

Been taking a generic vicodin for the pain, which helps a little, but more than anything else, but yet this opiate nonsense has been turning me into a depressive grump. Which sucks, because I almost just got over being a depressive grump. And my friends keep bailing on me even though I've had the week off from work (workman's comp, which hopefully will cover my not-working, even though I'm broke anyway).

I had an icky weekend and I needed to get it out.

I feel like I'm becoming whatever the time version of claustrophobic is. Time moves so slow. Overwhelming need to escape.

Chronoclaustrophobia? That sounds pretty bad ass actually.

Gah! I just realized my exam is Monday when I'm supposed to be working. Why the hell do they schedule it for a day of the week other than the two the class is on? They already know I'm open then.
