Malekko Spring

Post by Bellyheart »

PGS just sent an email and the Spring was in the title, however, not in the body...so naturally I searched frantically and all I could find is the Malekko product page.

any other info?

Interested to see how the new one sounds...the original spring chicken is one of my favorite verbs for trashy stuff.
There are some that call me...morningstaru?

Spring chicken is supreme. I'm curious about this and how it's sounding comparatively to the chiklet and spring chicken. Spring chicken seemed to have the tonality of a fender tank and the chiklet was just a verb.

would like to hear it before i dismiss it...a teensy spring reverb emulator that really works could be useful when i use a reverb-free amp. i have a very limited amount of space, and i'm not going to take up a BB box's worth of space just to get a faux tank sound.

I could be jelly with this, small enough to cram in my fb loop. Anyone ever try the older versions in a feed back loop?

This one is digital... not the best for fb looper.

Ah yea but I use my fb loop to turn on pedals in the back row of my board as well as a looper.

you can't see the appeal of faux spring reverb with a dwell control in a box 1/3 the size of a typical faux spring 'verb like the Boss Fender thingy?

Not with a malekko badge on it. He has some past issues with malekko customer service. Or lack there of.
