Portal and Impetuous Ritual are sweet. If you like them you'd like Mitochondrian also.

The band Thou is more on the doom side, but I feel like they almost have a black metal thing going on sometimes.

Check out the album Tyrant. I think there is definitely some black metal vibe - although don't expect to hear straight black metal. You should hear the influence though.

Impetuous Ritual is a bit deathy for my tastes, but some of the portal stuff is pretty mind blowing though.

This is what I listen to when I hate everything and everyone. It is extremely depressing black metal. The lead singer is kind of atrocious, in a good way. He sounds like Gollum being stabbed to death slowly. He is also insane, literally.
Fuzz, reverb, delay.
