There are some more nice "Ages of Rock" episodes such as the Art Rock one with Pink Floyd and the Velvet Underground, but I could only find the Spanish language version at the moment..

I listened to Stockhausen play a mix of that in concert a few years ago. I used to play some of his music on trumpet, and played a few concerts with him.

Firstly: I love the Wholphin. Everyone should.

Secondly: The drummer had the foresight to protect his identity. The drummer is a genius. He has avoided any possibility of future embarrassment. The bassist is a future player. look at him casually deal with being surrounded by fawning women, ain't a thang to him.

Thirdly: That was awesome.
I play.

They were definitely some of the most memorable moments in my life so far. It's like being transported into some other plane, sometimes, playing that music.

Meeting People Is Easy is still my favorite music film, though I'm looking forward to the new LCD Soundsystem one about their final performance.

RISE MY CHILD/Thread.

Favourite doc about music now. Friend sent me a link a few years ago (two years) and this got me into Cabaret Voltaire and Throbbing Gristle for a period. I should back and re-watch it.
