Yeah since they put in the push/pull choke cap mod for the bridge pickup you can now get "normal" bass sounds out of them,

Getting Pumped..Big Show tomorrow! We have a Projector show (specific stuff for each song, some kind of serious, some pretty fuckin funny) and laser lights and Neon guitar strings and Merch (T shirts for sale, free stickers and CDs).
I think Sousa has a show today. I hope it goes well.

My 6 yr old wants to learn drums, but I'm meeting all kinds of resistance form his mum who is convinced it'll turn him into a junkieDerelict78 wrote:Ive already started my daughter on drums

Re: The talk bass mega bitch thread. (aka Bhendy's Starship)
...... probably will. let's face it, drummers got problems.
and that is why i love them.
Deltz and/of Sousie - noice! kill babies yo.
man i miss gigging. but after just me and the drummer kinda dicking around with the same 6 riffs for awhile, since getting The GrrL on board we've got 2.7 songs all the way done, 4 or 5 that are halfway or more. shit is moving WELL.
the plan is to do a decent studio recording of a 5ish song ep thing to have some cd's pressed and shit up online before we gig. i'm such a GOOF in the studio though. so i'm glad that i'm gonna probably track my bass at home to save monies.

My advice for parents: teach him bass, it'll keep him away from getting any girls pregnant, or doing drugs, or anything parents don't like.

Instead, he will buy large amps and slowly destroy your home with mind numbing volume.

Nothin' more horrifying than a 10 yr old w/a Squier Strat who's trying to wade thru 'Smoke On The Water.'

Thinking about getting rid of my Carvin 410 and getting a GK Neo 212. I found a pretty good local deal on the 212. Any of you guys played through one of those? Most of the reviews on TB seem good.

Thanks bro!
It was a crazy day with that and ALMOST finishing up on my fEARful cabs. The show went a'ight. I mean....it was a first show....and for some stupid reason, all of the covers we were doing had not so normal song structures. So there were the usual SNAFUs. The singer and lead had never really played a band gig, before....so that added to it. But we got more than the usual BS congrats......it was a good first show.
Kick some ass, Deltz.

I didn't like the 115 very much.. [I thought it sounded mushy] but I like 12s better then 15s most of the time... if we are talking about normal clean bass sounds..
