1977 Electro Harmonix Little big muff.. go or no go?

i have a chance to get a 1977 electro harmonix little big muff. everything seems legit on it, he says it sounds great, but i just want to see what others think...

Which Little Big Muff though and how much? What's the board inside? Chances are it's a 1322 IC muff but it could have trannies or another board.
They're cool though, but I find the two tone settings need a bit of tweaking.

IIRC, that LBM is basically either a V3 USA Big Muff or V4 IC Big Muff with only a volume knob, a switch where you can choose between all the way up or all the way down instead of the muff's normal tone knob, and the sustain knob is hard set to all the way up. If you like the Big Muff with the sustain dimed and the tone either dimed or zero'd, then you'll love it.

I think they sound pretty rad. That seems a bit expensive I'd try and haggle them down but I'd hit it..

A good friend of mine had one of those for a bit and the sounds are pretty good but too similar to most other current EH pedals to warrant the higher price.
