STRYMON FLINT - it's a trem/verb, apparently

Yeah I was thinking if it's a phaser 60s would definitely have to be some kind of Univibe sound. Which would actually make me pretty interested in this..

60s i'm thinking would be a Maestro PS. 70s logically would be the MXR 90/100, and if God is good 80s would be a TC XII 12-stage. though those could be BANK selections too, which would make more sense. why limit it to one model per switch setting?

Someone made the point that it's sitting on top of a Fender blackface...

So my new guess is that it's a reverb / tremolo pedal as the two footswitches are both bypass... so one is for verb, the other for trem. 60's 70's 80's must be the era of Fender amp. I guess.

I think it's a bit crusher. Because of the cream knobs.

why would anyone want to emulate a post-70s Fender amp?

Makes sense, except for the 80's. Who gives a shit about 80's fenders?

Maybe it's for 'verb. Long Live 80's Reverb!

SPEED, DEPTH, and INTENSITY takes it conclusively out of tremolo and reverb territory. you don't need DEPTH and INTENSITY for trem, and you don't need SPEED or INTENSITY for reverb. ergo it has to be some kind of modulation box. Flint Stone, meet the Flint Stone...

Doesn't Fender use label one of the knobs for their "Vibrato" (trem) circuit "intensity?"

Yeah, I don't see how Speed, Intensity, and Depth rule out tremolo AT ALL. Seems to me like it's exactly tremolo, especially when put up against the possibility of a phaser.

I still say it's a dual "Blackface" kind of pedal with one stomp for Trem and one for Reverb... and maybe Vibe in there.

It would probably help if I was more familiar with the company.

Do they make those kind of pedals?
