still with 3-way switching and series/parallel option. probably not the most prudent purchase, but I couldn't resist.

Beautiful guitar sir! If you don't mind me asking, why'd you opt against the JM Jag?

mainly, this one saved me a few hundred bucks. I dig surf green, too.
Maybe partying will help.

+1 on the surf green. That is gorgeous guitar. Been wanting a Jag for a while, but I don't know if I can swing AVRI money and the used market is pretty dry for Japanese offsets around here.

The guy was a member on SZ (banned though) so I snagged the first before it hit ebay and the second while I as at it. Hah, don't think I'll be going full Yohji but we'll see Long time admirer but never imagined wearing it myself so I wont rule out the possibility. Without seeing the pants in question I'll say wide legs are hard to pull off in the context of most peoples' wardrobes. Maybe yours is different, but mines trends towards straight or top heavy silhouettes.

behndy wrote:lol. sorry Fetch, that came out all judgmental and douchey. not how i meant it. i wasn't saying you were a bad person for buying JHS. 'specially if it's used, then none of the monies go to them. i don't keep up with guitar pedal companies that suck on bass that much either, i was just curious if i was remembering them right. alongside Freekish Dick Cheese.

All good mang -- you're still cool :!!!:

However it seems like I've got some pretty crappy luck as a number of things I've always liked have become unethical.

Danelectro, Behringer, Squier, Kitkats, etc.

I know JHS make the KLONe which upsets a few people but there are a bunch of companies who sell 'em and for more monies too so I definitely have no concerns there. More recently another company I saw on eBayz/Prymaxe/PGS selling for more than the JHS KLONe. And it was a blatant rip-off too. And no one said a peep about it. But yeah I guess if he's ripped off more circuits/smaller companies (looking at you Danelectro) that I don't know about then that sux but I'll still end up keeping it if it strikes my fancy... meh, I'm going to hell anyway. :yay:

SPOILER : show
The other 'KLONe':

Today I got my Pedal Train Junior and Voodoo Labs PP2+. I'm really glad/thankful that I went ahead and got the PP2, it makes powering everything so much easier than a One Spot. Still waiting for my Timeline and an RV-5 to finish the board though...

sucks that the TimeLine won't power off of a PP2, has too much mA draw, unless you use the courtesy outlet. or you can get a three into one power cord, plug the power cable from the PP2 and the TimeLine into it, velcro/zip tie that bad boy underneath. then you'll have one cord to plug in.

Yeah, I was considering something like that. I feel like a little boy waiting for Christmas with this TimeLine in the post. Strymon didn't give me a confirmation number when they shipped it for whatever reason, so I can't be all obsessive about it. THE MYSTERY
