Exactly 1 minute and 8 seconds into the first episode of Samurai 7 I have decided that this story makes no sense.

Several minutes later: Also, the description of the series is totally different on Netflix and on Wikipedia, and neither seem to describe exactly what I'm watching.

I just tried to read James Joyce's Ulysses and I gave up after about 10 lines of text altogether.

Keep at it dude, Ulysses is great. It definitely requires work, but its a really rewarding read.

Just read James Joyce's crazy-ass love letters instead.

I have read those! They're excellent.

But yeah, I'm just too stoned at the moment to take that on. I think I'll settle for Bob's Burgers.

NSFW link, but I stumbled onto it through the magic of 4chan. Figured someone in Washington may want to check it out. *shrug*

You know that you're a food safety nerd (years and years of working in a kitchen and training classes/testing) when you're looking at this thinking "why is she just leaving the milk out on the counter? She just keeps talking and talking and talking and it's just sitting there on the counter. The milk is still sitting out on the counter."

This guy's art is awesome:

Makes me want to start practicing art again. I have drawn a total of like 5 things since getting my degree in art. 3 of those were pedal graphics.

Something about that website is facinatingly surreal. I mean looking at girls in their underwear is nice, but I'm far more focused on fact that his sort of thing can even exist. I dunno, dinner is ready so snipelfritz out. :hello:

My wife is a shift manager at Starbucks, and she always complains about how she comes home all sticky and smelly from coffee oil, or spilled milk, or syrup, or whatever. I would hate to have that crap all over bare skin. Gross.

For real, that's totally something else I thought of. Even more worried about hot coffee/steamed milk/etc.

What also worries me is if you witness a robbery or murder or something on the webcam. Like, how weird would that be? I guess it's nice for them to no somebodies watching their back, and front, and everywhere, and whacking off.

Or is it wacking off? Whacking off sounds like I should say with the over-exaggerated "h" like Stewie.

i still want to know when "come," which was a perfectly good word, got changed to "cum," which sounds like something consumed by particularly feral children.

The latter started as a noun and became a verb? :idk: That's just conjecture however.
