Other than Dumble toanz, is there any other sound that has multiple pedals dedicated to it like the "Siamese Dream" tone? It's kind of ridiculous.
Good deals on ILF: too many to list, just ask!

I personally am baffled by the various existant pedals where one of the features is "gain always on 10!"

Hendrix Tone, Gilmour Tone, Dimebag Tone, Bonamassa... basically the entire Dunlop line

This isn't actuallyyy just for getting the pumpkins tones, it just happens to be a hot rodded OpAmp Muff that's good at getting those tones and the name Siamese Scream sounds good and leads to sechsy art work.

Plus givez the people what they want... more muffs.

This does have a gain control though, it's just a different way of adjusting the gain in this particular circuit... it limits the signal the base original opamp muff stage has to work with, it's no different than how a transistor big muff has a boost stage in the front and the sustain knob limits the signal to the rest of the circuit.

This is working completely different than what I expected. I incorrectly assumed that with the DRIVE knob at min you were still getting full-on Muff rage and that the pre-drive control just goosed the front end of it. It actually works just like the normal SUSTAIN control on a Muff, but gives more of a cutting edge to the grind as it comes up. The tone controls are super-versatile. It's nice having separate bass and treble controls for dialing it in.

I won't be around this weekend to post any clips but next weekend there will be some noise to share. Fo Sho.

Sweeet, look forward to hearing some pumpkin riffs! Among others.

Precisely, the predrive is integrated and always in circuit... it adds a fourth stage to the muff topology like a transistor version.

Nice thing about the 'James' tone stack here is that with both up full you get the classic muff mid scoop, both centre you have flat mids and both off you have a mid hump.

Mine has different knobs on it than what is pictured on website.

I'll record some clips with it when I get my Jazzmaster back from the shop on Tuesday.

Mine has completely different knobs than what are pictured above. I'll post a pic tonight.

I was able to plug in and play for like 5 minutes and so far I like what I'm hearing. The Bass/Treble controls give a very diverse range of tone control.

More to come....

 Awesome.
