New bass and new pedal day! I always wanted a short scale Fender bass and the sparkle Mickey Way is really my style I will slap a TV Jones in there (thanks to Mudfuzz for planting this idea in my head ) but the stock pickup is quite good. The pedal is a one of EF(86)-Booster by finetone-BF. It is mainly intended to "open up" line signal stuff but can also be used as a normal pedal. The EF86 is a pentode and i like the thickening they do. And yes, the housing is an old Metasonix box.
Lemme know if you have any questions about it... I've had to find my own way to use it... Watch some Reggie Watts vids and it might give you some tips...

huh. Prymaxe has EQD Organizers and 10% off on orders.
'm gonna wait until my local pedal shop has one to play with though. i liked the Rainbow ok, but probably wouldna have kept one. Organizer looks neat though.

I just got this email, and it's a good thing I'm at work, because I probably would have ordered one on the spot. ... Still may order one, though.

yah. i keep getting tempted. i LOVE the idea of it, i love how tiny it is. it's just that there IS a smaller store near me that i adore that stocks EQD stuff. so i'll get a chance to play with it before purchase in a few weeks and support them if it's awesome.
EQD's stuff's not super bass friendly sometimes too. Organizer is SECHS looking though.
