You just have to rise above it, there will always be unreasonable people and they will always be unreasonable. Take deep breaths, think thoughts that might mellow your mind. You can't change anyone that doesn't want to change. You can't make people see what they wont see. Just try to be happy with your self and who you are.

If you don't want to buy it then don't.

If you are having problems with service then ask to talk to someone higher up on the power chain and complain.

They are fulfilling a "service" for "you" it is not the other way around.

If they will not do what they said they would do have them give it/ship it back to you and take it to someone else.

It is that simple and it still comes back to the points we've been making, getting you shit fixed that right way is part or the whole thing, it is your shit, you want it fixed and that is that.
