i think so....one of my musical idols plays one occasionally, but then again it's not like you see one every day

I played a guitar like that built by Chip Todd (dude that designed the T series Peaveys) and it was pretty cool. Really had a unique sound to it. It might be rad to build one and put a scalloped neck on, use a cool tuning...
