So, i've seen the re: Echo on the letsgocoyote site, and being somebody that owns 2 fab echo's and thoroughly loves them through and through i was wondering if maybe there was a demo video of a re: Echo cuz it sounds freakin' cool.

Or maybe some sweet Mod tips...

or maybe i should just send one of mine in and give the Mellowtone treatment.... :wow what a fantastic idea you have there:

Ah, but can you prove you're not a robot.

you'll have to find the mods on diystompboxes. its just lifting and jumpering one resistor (to make it self oscillate) and replacing one resistor with a pot (for delay time). i dont recommend go throught he trouble of rehousing or truebypassing... the SMD construction is too fragile. just find a spot ont he case to put a hole for a pot and call it good

So i found the thread and the dude suggested bypassing the 4k7 smd with a solder blob?

And I have given it 100% feedback so it selfoscillates now.
I have the SMD version.
The middle leg of the repeat pot goes to a brown capacitor. The capacitor is then connected to a 4k7 smd resistor, witch makes up the feedback path. I just bypassed the 4k7 resistor with a solder blob and that did the trick.

i imagine a jumper wire would work.. so that means i'm gonna pull the 4k7 out and do the jump it seems. Would that be the bypass part, and than...

i take it that' where the 100k pot goes.

looking at it.. maybe solder blobs are easier

but please, let me know if that's the one <3

I still hope he has plans for making a new digital delay like he mentioned in the new Mellowtone amp thread...
Do you like listening to homemade music? Me too. Why don't you try one of mine?
