yes it should work just fine with synths. There is also an internal gain trim pot with a clipping indicator, in case levels are an issue you can adjust it to suit different signal sources (although guitar and keyboard are probably not drastically different). Sorry to slack on a better demo but i have no stock at the moment and the 5 im finishing now are already sold so probably in a few weeks (3?) when I actually have some to sell I will put a better demo up.
