Ok, I am pretty sure that I won't do better than this without people helping me record and maybe some singing lessons in between. I'll contact Schlatte and see if he's still up for playing the drums for this. What do we do with it once it's finished?

I like it! Were you planning to do it like this but with other instruments like drums before? Because it worked pretty well like it is.

I mist confess that I wasn't planning it like this at all. This is a result of continuously fiddling around with the song until something came out that worked. I sent it to Schlatte for him to see if he wants to add drums, but I am pretty happy with it in this stripped down version.

Would you repost yours and madowls song? Maybe we can get this thing running again.

And I like the stripped down, bluesy thing. Nice to hear a very different interpretation of the song.

I'm up for putting some guitar/bass into a collab, not got the time to do another whole track right now though.

Hey - it would be awesome if we did an acapella version of a song.

Is garageband OK? I could maybe record a temporary reference track and a vocal track. Just not sure of what software to use.

I'm using reaper so we couldn't do a straight transfer. If you did a reference backing track and vocals and sent both separately I could work with those. Then later if you wanted to keep any parts of your reference track you could send me the file for just that instrument/section. I hope I explained that properly?

Very good. I'll figure something out. Going out now and will hopefully record some tracks tonight. Still time for requests ;) or I can always record more later.
