I'm really tempted to lump some of the punky-er ska punk in this.
Pop/ska punk made me want to play bass, so it always has a place in my heart.

Listened to so much pop-punk as a teen, and I still love a lot of it, porbably partly because of nostalgia but mainly because some of it is just legit good music.

I'm not a liar or old.

I do love me the shit out of some Alkaline Trio, even if their last two albums have been aawwffuull.
