Meathead is a FF. If the original post qualifier of "tweaked" is remembered, the question is almost too wide-open to answer because the FF platform can be tweaked in a lot of ways.

a Super Fuzz will beat out a traditional, non-modded Fuzz Face any day of the week for me.
I have sold nearly every Fuzz Face I have ever owned because they were just boring as hell.

Now there have been a lot of modded/tweaked versions of the FF that are cool, like the Meathead and I think even the Fuzz Factory was a Fuzz Face at the heart of it (?), but still.
Super Fuzz is just one of the kings of 60s fuzzes.
