Need help with identifying this modulation sound

Cant tell if it's phase flange or chorus. Saw another band recently that had the exact same sound going on so I think it's one pedal. but damend if I can figure it out.
Starts at the bridge around 2:00

I think it is some sort of filter, not modulation.

Could also be a filter/phase combo, I can roughly approximate that sound using my whetstone and q tron+.

That's kinda what I'm thinking now. I saw an ibanez of somesort in one of ther flicker photos looks like a big vintage phaser. and maybe a boss autowah with the LFO's synched or something. I'll have to dick around with my M9 some more and see if a phase > Wah > Drive setting gets close. I really like that it's not standard phase or flange sounding.

FUCK i forgot how much i love division of laura lee. Also it def sounds like a phaser with a wah controller to me....

Sounds like a wah, but you could definitely do that with a phaser as well.
