Thanks Ya'll
I think I am pulling the trigger. Going to have to get rid of some other pedals, oh well this will be worth it.

Re: Mountainking Electronics
Just FYI....
Alan just updated his website and put my youtube clips on there for the Magnetar
As far as active basses, it does get a little sputtery and more gated and pinched, but I personally love that sound.
I guess the right adjective would be more rounded and "woolly" with a passive bass that doesn't sound as compressed and a little more controlled.
The pedal rules either way.
Huge Box demos coming soon

I just called them and said
"I was wondering if you could help me with something for valentine's day for my wife I was seeing if you had any Mountainking shirts, hats, patches or stickers?"
The response after being on hold 2 minutes was no just some jackets that were ordered for people in the office.
Just trying to save y'all some time before you do likewise.

Alan changed the input range on the Magnetar to be a little more active friendly also. He did mine that way and decided to keep the change according to the description on the website.
