How do you like the super? Any experience with using it with fuzzies?

I've said this before, but too me the Faye Sing was just a little too "throaty" or "peaky". Whestone is just a deep, satisfying "whoosh." It can go super slow or fast, 2 or 4 stage phasing, vibrato is cool, you can get a cocked wah sound out of it, weird ring-mod shit...thing just rules.
STOP IT, STOP!!!!! JESUS CHRIST...
i just need to stop lurking this thread... there is this periodacally recurring rise of GAS for Whetstone enforced by you guys
I looked around online to see where these were available and everywhere seems to be sold out. Did they stop making these? Was the first batch terrible like the 616's? Because this looks like it could be amazing.

Not necessarily a bad thing.
That's kinda what I was thinking. For this musical project I'm working on such an unruly beast might be perfect. But I can't seem to find any anywhere...

No, this allows me to try the BEAD tuning on one bass while still having another around in standard. Also, it's pretty, fulfills my Jazz GAS and somewhat of an impulse buy after finding unexpected cash available. Will see how the BEAD tuning handles and if that gets me off the fiver thing. If not, then it's a good thing I get a holiday allowance in May.
