i like it........it's overpriced....the pickups looks kool......wrap around tailpiece is awesome....i have never liked the way the uni's play ... still ... those pickups are looking fine. i always liked the looks of the uni strat with 3 of those funky hummy's on it.
i like a lot of the eastwood guitars......and i don't like a lot of the eastwood guitars. many of them a oddly kool. the tenor mustang, the wandre's, electric uke....the ovation magnum ...
I used to have the standard stop tail hi flyer by Eastwood, it was decent... great if you like punk/alternative, but the neck was a little wide and kept me from fully enjoying it. I'd love to try the higher priced and (maybe) better built models.... but alas... higher priced.

I dig their well-done repros of rare/expensive stuff and their semi-original deigns - really want the tenor Musicmaster, a Harmony Stratotone-alike, and probably the electric mandola. Really wish they would make a mandocello now, I'd be all over that. Would have bought a "Jack White model" in a heartbeat if they had been selling them ten years ago.

Except they got the pickups and electronics all wrong. It's basically an SG bass now. BUUUUUUUUT it still looks rad.
I love that someone at least attempted to clone the Magnum...but it's all wrong, looks like it's missing a chromosome or something. I just can't dig it.
