This should be interesting. I like Nine Inch Nails, quite a bit.

NIN qualifies as "non-fuzzy?"
I'm really partial to a lot of blues and folk (esp. Irish, English, & Appalachian) music from the first half of the 20th century, if you're going with "really" not fuzzy.

Mountain Goats are the least fuzzy band that I actively adore...
I want a giant bunny and I want a bunch of regular bunnies and they will form a hive mind and the giant bunny will be the queen bunny and they will attack in swarms.

I'd say NIN are pretty dang fuzzy! I actually like loads of non-fuzzy music, buut if I really had to choose one band, I think right now that would be Hey Rosetta!, changes up depending on what I've been listening to more lately though. I hate choosing a single band/anything.

Most bands I listen to are non-fuzzy (Interpol, Joy Division, Sigur Ros, The Daysleepers, Franz Ferdinand, Moving Units, etc etc)
I also love David Bowie, U2, and I'm a huge fan of experimental art music

For the non-fuzzies (I'm also excluding the majorly distorted), I generally turn to stuff like listener, Cake, Maps & Atlases, fun., Avett Brothers.
Young Widows can be borderline, but I listen to them A LOT.

I gotta say that the first Interpol album is really fucking good. I don't think they've hit that high since.

That was my second answer!
Phil Minton was my first.
