That is so... so... SO HAWT.

I'm tempted to try something similar with my POG2, Rainbow Machine, Particle delay & some fuzz.... HMMMMMMMMMM...

I fucking love you guys. It makes me so happy to know that other people love with The State as well.

This was always my favorite skit:

Could you replace the rainbow machine with a boss pitch shifter instead and get similar results? for some reason the rainbow machine seems inpenetrable to me.

The old PS-3 is fairly similar, just digital.

The Rainbow Machine is just as digital. The major 3rd isn't dead on accurate, and if i'm not mistaken EQD intended it to be rather inaccurate and digital sounding. (although the hi-cut knob really helps tame any harsh trebles from the digital pitch shifting) But yeah you could replace the Rainbow Machine with another pitch shifter or two. Just as you could replace the blue Box and the Upper with an MI Audio Pollyanna.

And I'll have to try the fx loop thing, except the blue box is before the upper and my loop in the upper is after the upper's fuzz... I'm sure it can be creatively worked out.

If you have a true bypass loop, just plug your guitar into the input, all of your pedals in their current configuration into the send/receive of the loop, and the amp to the output of the TB loop.
