I dunno. It's a learning tool like any other. I remember there used to be a training method like this, but you had to put little sticker dots on the fretboard. You'd have sheets and sheets of little stickers. Whatever works.

I suppose it would be very useful to a beginner, to help remember the chord shapes and whatnot. But to break the habit of always looking at the lights so you know where to play, the leds would burn out after 10 days.

Wayne is the shit!!! I got a once in a life time chance to sit next to Wayne on a float back home in KCMO. I got to talk to him for a hour-and-half before hand (He will talk your ear off) but he has so many crazy ideas that he can just pull out of nowhere. If you ever have a chance talk to him, do it! It's not hard to get a hold of him before or after a show. Besides the float I've talked to him 3 other times and he is just the greatest. He is one of the last few gentlemen on this planet.
