It goes bad, you loose your friends, reason to leave Utah, seems pretty fool proof.
It goes well, you convince her otherwise and get laid.
Win win.

That sounds like the way to go. After all,
PRINCE KNOWS BITCHES.
On a related note, I hear Mormon girls do that dookie love.

Those are really the two best outcomes, what worries me is everything in-between. And sex really would be entirely out of the question. She's a byu graduate who's complained to me more than once about the promiscuousness of modern media
And if you know nothing about byu, just imagine a crazed, sexless, mormon, volunteer version of 1984 and you'll be pretty close to the way it is.
Also, dookie love never has been appealing to me, and it's illegal here.

Wtf. It's the same code.
make sure your employer doesn't find out that it was written at work or he owns it. at least that's how the law works in Australia. it's got to do with the terms of your employment. pretty frustrating, hey?
also, that sucks.
Well, both programs are for work. I just really didn't feel like doing work at work so I wanted to get this job done before I went in. For some reason I have started to find working in the office kind of stressful.

oh, apologies. i completely misunderstood your first post!
i'm kind of the same, i despise studying in libraries and would rather sit at home and feel relaxed, and study at my own leisure.
i would suggest trying to make your office into a place you'd feel relaxed rather than trying not to be stressed, which really only stresses you out more. morph that environment into a happy place and maybe form a few more extra friendships and you could be back to being relaxed in no time!

The office is only like 6 people so there aren't a lot of people to be friends with, especially considering that only myself and one other person are in the center of the office in cubicles. The other people have personal offices. My boss, and the project manager are constantly roaming around the office asking for updates, and interrupting my work. Them just always walking around is giving me anxiety (which is a big thing for me, because in general I don't get stressed out by pretty much anything). Also, the workflow policies are so inefficient that it wastes a ton of my time. I try bringing it up with my boss but he never changes anything. For example, we start working on projects before we get finalized specs and content from clients. The purpose of this is to get things done faster. The problem is it takes us more time to make changes than to create new material. It ends up making things take twice as long as they should, and I have to sometimes redo the same thing three or four times. I hate doing the same work more than once.

Update: In the program I was having a ton of trouble with I mistakenly instantiated target areas in one order, but labeled them in a different order. So when I was referring to them, I wasn't calling the correct instances. So much fail.

Re: The spite, hate, rage, apathy and mild irritation thread
I need to use a parallel port, and the old laptop I was using for its parallel port died. It made strange noises and won't turn on now. So I dragged an old desktop out of my basement and put the software I needed on there. That desktop hasn't been used in four years. Now every single program on there keeps trying to update itself, but there is no internet connection for it since I would need like a 50 foot ethernet cable or wireless adapter to have internet on it in my room, so I get a constant stream of error messages for 10 minutes when I first turn it on. Plus Windows Update keeps trying to make the computer restart. HOW THE FUCK DID YOU GET AN UPDATE TO INSTALL WHEN YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE AN INTERNET CONNECTION

Actually got my tuition deposit in today which removed the hold on my registration which meant I could reregister for classes. Unfortunately half of the classes I had registered for back in December were already closed at this point. I managed to find equivalents except for the one entry-level class for my major that I'm pissed I have to take in the first place (transferred to a school with different requirements). So either I beg the professor to let me in the class (if they can at this point), or I have to take some shitty class about feminist rhetoric.
God, I'm so sick of shooting myself in the foot because of my completely irrational anxieties.
