Feminism is NOT about the power to choose. Feminism IS sexism. Feminism is about trying to be the dominant sex. Really. If I started spouting off about Malism, would you think I'm for equality or a sexist pig?

If anything, people held punches just because she's a chick. I've seen this forum get pretty crazy (check out goat entrails a few pages back). My opinion is that there was some benevolent sexism going on in that she didn't get it as hard as a dude would have. But that's usually the way of it. Some chicks will bitch and bitch about equality, and then as soon as guys start treating her rough like she's just one of the guys, they start complaining about how guys are too mean to them and we're sexist pigs. More of...we finally started acting like guys around you because you said that's what you wanted.

The truth of the matter is that equality is stupid. A pipe dream and a dumb notion. Now...every human being on this planet should ALL have the same rights and pay wages and all that good stuff. But there will ALWAYS be stuff guys should not do/say around chicks and vice versa. It rarely goes well when a woman just wants to be treated as "one of the guys". We're just not set up that way biologically.

And anyways, only 10% of this thread has been about FBG....and most of the negative things said about her is the arrogance she came to this forum with and speculation on whether or not she is fugly or a voice over. So more an attack on her approach and musings of her actual self.

Yeah. My brother has a doctorate in political science and he pulls that BS nonstop. One day, I shit you not, he left the bathroom and I walked in after. Stunk horribly bad. He didn't use the fucking fan. Seriously. So I got in a "debate" with him about proper bathroom use and etiquette. I swear to God, his argument was that his poop doesn't stink. I swear. I may be out of my depth here with the intelectuals argueing with big words...but feminism is not a simple push to be on the same rung as men, in fact this ladder analogy doesn' t even really apply because women are on a different ladder....it is about having the same opportunities and options that men have socially, academically, economically and politically. Being able to choose a path in these afformentioned arenas is what it is about.....Feminists don' t neccessarily want to treated as a stereotypical man.... it is about being treated properly like a person should be, not oppressed or suppressed like Virginia Wolf.

As far as Fuzzboxgirl thing she controls her image and makes the descision to promote herself in any way she wants. She doesn' t work for axe body spray or budweiser beer, she works for herself and she has the right to do it anyway she chooses.....
