Re: vexter fuzz factory
New trem/machine sounds pretty awesome and clever, though it's probably going to be super exspensive

I totally love my fuzz factory. I think a lot of other fuzzes sound better, but few sound cooler. To me at least..
I've never found mine to be very "cutting" in my band though. I'd just turn the volume way up but my bandmates are kinda pussies about volume sometimes. *sigh*

Speaking of zvex, anybody heard anything about the zvex amp? There was a prototype at NAMM last year, but I haven't heard anything about it since.

What's the difference between the FF and the Judge? Everything I can find just says one's a clone of the other..

the judge isn't... well it isn't as weird i guess. and if you look up "I'm the man who loves you" by wilco, it nails the tone of tweedy's guitar

Hm, odd. I've found it to be a bit more cutting than my other drive pedals (though that could be because my jam-mates use stock Big Muffs).

Yeah, i used to have a clone and it was cutting like a sith
(thanks to you, ilf, for that wondeful comparison)

Re: vexter fuzz factory
Well it's not that bad or anything but it seems to take away a bit of my "presence" or whatever you call that shit. Turning up the volume knob is the obvious solution to this problem but like I said before I'm dealing with people that whine about high volume. So I've been using my Torns Peaker instead since it has a really cutting sound.
