$450 for the sunn? is it the 200s? if so, yes probably.

Does he not have the badge, etc, or is he taking them off like an ahole?

450 for a 200S is a good deal considering the market.

If you really "just want to be loud" though, you can get things like Windsors, Butchers, etc. for much less money.

i also want some evil low end too. and i know these amps excel in that department, especially with the right cabs.

the guy i was gonna buy the windsor from suddenly stopped emailing me for no reason, so i decided to shoot a little higher.

Well, 500 for the V4 is good, 450 for the sunn is too. Just do something!

Well in that case, I think the sunn head wins for now. I remember that amp was one of the first sunn heads I played through and I fell in love with that sound right away. I think I am gonna be able to borrow a bassman cab to blast it through from one of my friends, too... :omg:

There are a few sunn heads out here too. Concert basses, Senturas, 2000s's...There's also a 50 watt 1x12 Model T combo going for 1000 right outside the city. Never even heard of such a thing...

i used a 200s as my main guitar amp for a long time and to be honest, it wasn't that loud. it can sound pretty gnar and when i use my baritone and a 2x15 cab it sounds soo doom, but not pants shittingly loud.

If you have this option, nothing else should concern you.
2000s>any other amp you've mentioned.

Especially if you can grab one for cheap. Sub-1000 would be a straight up steal for a 2000S.
