Well he did promise a pedal...

I can completely understand CBA's sentiment on this. I know I wouldn't have been so easy going this whole time if I hadn't ordered, payed for, and received a custom pedal from him while I was waiting on this. Also if you're getting this frustrated wouldn't a private message or email be better suited to your efforts?

Some sort of updates are definitely a requirement, I wouldn't have minded the wait so much if there were updates. Even boring "I'm working on it" updates would be welcome.

I disagree with a private message being better in this case as CBA is one of quite a few people still waiting on their Chans, one public message would give everybody an update, multiple birds with a stone and all that.

The timely fashion part is the only tricky bit in this, as Eric was reluctant to open a pre-order list until he was further along the production process, but forum members wanted to avoid missing out on the run and he opened the list way early. There was also a PCB that didn't work. So I will give him that to an extent. The bit that is annoying is that MLC got his Chans in September and now it's four months later and a bunch of us are still waiting. If not for people popping in after they've gotten theirs there wouldn't be anything to go off at all.

uh
i don't really see what complaining on here is going to do other than trash eric's rep. no way to tell if he'll be stopping by here any time soon.
it takes him forever to deliver his products. that's old news. if his pedals weren't the bee's knees, people wouldn't buy them.

be patient. it's coming. i thought mine was lost in the mail or some shit, but it's here and it rules. just cool yer jets.
well i guess, but i just don't know.

***Edited in good faith, with one important line kept.***

I do suggest, if reputation is important, that some sort of update would be beneficial.

C, i agree that it's an unreasonable amount of time, and i also paid more than the minimum. i understand what you're saying.
but doesn't it make more sense to write him an e-mail or try to get in contact with him before you post stuff like that on his forum?
i don't know about you, but i'd like to have more mellowtone limited runs in the future.
well i guess, but i just don't know.

Is it going in order of who signed up/paid for the pedal first? I know I was one of the last to make the list, so I can understand not getting mine yet (2nd to last I believe). This would make sense to me, just never checked my theory here before. Anyone early signing up not get theirs yet?

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure I was one of the first to sign up, but I could be wrong.

Well it looks like at least three people have gotten theirs in the past week, so that's a good sign, right? Things may be picking up?

Not to get involved in something that isn't my business, seeing as I am not getting a Supa Chan, but maybe try contacting him on Harmony Central? I see him post over there at least twice a week. Which leads me to wonder why he is shying away from here :idk:
