I sliced myself with stripboard...somehow...and then discovered that waterproof bandages are better at holding water in than keeping it out :joy:

I can imagine that. not to rub anyone's face in it though

i mean why would the common folk know about nullification crysis? Why would he know names of leading feminists and transcendentalists? Why would he know names in Washington's cabinet from the top of his head?

that's not everyday knowledge and i fully respect that people don't know it, because they don't need to

second term will be focusing on things from New Deal till nowadays... and 20th century has seen a lot of important stuff that a lot of people should know, but i can understand how people don't know the stuff before that

TL;DR: whatever, i just feel like talking today

i just managed to get a cheap second hand Memory Toy for my friend who plays bass :) didn't like it very much fr guitar though
I make pedal demos as East Stomp Boutique - http://www.youtube.com/c/eaststompboutique

Now I get where the term "cocky" comes from. He's totally saying, "These are all MY bitches. I fuck every one of them!"

So the bassist (who also plays guitar) who I'm trying to start a band with has NO pedals  I'ma gonna have to change that.

i actually really like the fact that my putative bassist has no pedals. it leaves me the maximal amount of room to work with. i still have to see how much stuff the other guitarist, who i haven't yet met, uses and what kind of stuff we wind up playing so i know how much of the Head-Spinning Wall of Death i'll deploy.

I decided I'm going to make a liquor and call it Closet. The slogan would be either "Are you a Closet drinker?" or "Look what came out of the Closet."

there's a beer in Britain called Spitfire that recently has (or had) a Battle of Britain-themed ad campaign featuring taglines like "downed all over Kent just like the Luftwaffe." this, of course, delighted me because the BoB is one of my favorite Turning Points of History.
