Remember when someone started a thread about the Krist Novoselic Gibson sig? Errybody was complaining about this, and that...well, some dude on TB bought one and this was one of the pictures:

So what after... over 50 years gibson didn't know that their string spacing and fender didn't match up...

aw c'mon! the string looks loose and like its out of its saddle. He probably just unboxed it.

I wouldn't mind owning one!

EDIT: maybe?

the stings look fine to me... they went for form over function.. is they had angled the pickups or made pickups that fit their string spacing then all would have been well... Still at the price they are it must work...

Just get one of these instead, a couple of hundred $$$ less even when you include shipping from Japan. Unless you care that it doesn't say Gibson on the headstock.

they don't appear to be the original pickups. doesn't it come with SD pickups?

oh ok...i actually just read the writing on the pickups wrong....looks like it says Line 6.
i cannot believe it left the factory like that and i'd throw it back them so fast it'd take their head off.
