Reminds me of being 16 again, last year i got to see a band reunite i thought was dead forever (pageninetynine) this is icing on the cake. :yay:

It's like the first time in five or six years I've seriously considered hitting it up.

Then I looks at mah bank statement and I realizes that it's still not really in the cards.

Hopefully this isn't just a one-off for either band.

So pumped! Can't believe I missed this news! Seriously, The Shape of punk to come is the only hardcore album that I still listen to and just can't get enough of.

at the drive-in i can understand reuniting, but refused? ever since dennis lyxzén did that (fucking awesome) song with the bloody beetroots i sort of thought this might be on the cards... it just seems completely at odds with everything refused were about. what happed to REFUSED ARE FUCKING DEAD? it was revolutionary left, anti-capitalist politics they were on about but they just came back and did it for the money - stuff like this always annoys me. you know bands get back together for the money but when it's a band compromises the ideals they were singing about 15 years earlier it's a bit lame. anyone else know what i mean?

still, i'd like to go see them just because they're such fuckin' bosses.

To their credit I don't think they ever toured Shape of Punk. Hopefully they do a bit of touring and I can catch them on the east coast.

I went to a small middle school and I listened to this album almost everyday. Everyone thought I was weird. Makes me happy I might be able to see them live.
