Confussion with Cosmichorus V2
Ive been playing with this for along while now and am still confused about the clock Knob. Is the clock setting like a depth knob? How can you set the Depth to be deeper? Im using it as a vibrato at the moment and am just confused on what the clock know actually does.

The clock knob varies the timing of the clock that drives the delay chip. The toggle chooses between 3 general settings, short, medium, long, and then you use the knob to dial it in from there. The affect it has on the sound is how dramatic or extreme the warble is.. the fastest clock settings sound light and airy and flangery and as you increase the delay time you make the wet signal more intense/dramatic/weird sounding.
If you're using the pedal as vibrato only, little or no dry signal mixed in, then as you turn up the clock knob you'll increase the range of the vibrato from very subtle pitch change to very extreme pitch bends, depending on where you have the toggle set.

how flangery we talkin ryan? I have a 9V Version Electric Mistress clone but I'd love something a tad more versatile that can do vibrato/chorus.

Yo Danny! I shouldn't say it sounds like a flanger, it ain't that flangery... it's just that the faster the clock speed driving the delay chip the closer it approaches flanging, so with some settings the sweep sounds more flangery than chorusy but I wouldn't say the CC can replace any flanger or even really sound like an actual flanger.

I found this vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sny0Pwl4Y7s Pretty damn flangey if you ask me!
I'll just have to get one and try it out for myself. har har har I didn't mean I was specifically looking for it to replace my flanger, just get close and considering the EM is on the more chorusy sounding of flange I could probably be pretty damn satisfied with the CC.

Haha yeah, that's pretty flangery isn't it! That's a cool clip, Syl, cool chorus sound there!
When I get the new ones ready I'll run one down to you, Danny, and then Tanya and I will have a nice Vancouver holiday at your place for a week or maybe a few weeks, that cool?

Hey, cool... that's my vid.

The CC is so versatile...
In this setting is not quite an "airplane flanger"... but more like subtle flange, sound awesome with an overdrive in front of it.
Can't wait to have more detail on the new Cosmichorus.
